Chicken and vegetables double extracted and high pressure emulsification creates a very thick soup, even more thicker than our tonkotsu.
Seasoned with light soy and bonito as well as our garlic oil.
Pictured is a mini sample size, full size will be topped with shallots, bonito powder, chicken charsiu and egg and bamboo.
