The kujukuri stout from chiba is creamy and chocolaty, the kujukuri pilsner brilliant and crisp but still very solid yeast umami exhibiting, the kadoya pale ale is really good even more robust, kadoya kumano kodo beer uses ancient black rice and you can taste the romance of history. Taste tested and vouched by yours truly and friends… We have picked the best 4 out of the few japanese craft beers available. The story behind most of these micro breweries are sake cellars ailing from decline in sake sales and applying their techniques to beer. They certainly got it right, these bottles are good!
