Epicurean at the Inchholm Hotel

Always been one of my usual secret meeting restaurants since being sea salt.

Visited for the first time since changing hands. Same old cozy feel and good privacy.

Ordered the Duck which came two ways. The drum stick as a confit and the breast a nice medium rose finished roast.

My partner, the Barcoo eye fillet carpaccio.

Ordered all the sides Parmesan fries and asparagus and brocollini, toowoomba garden salad.

The food was very high quality, the meats done right, the vege also nice and crisp. The service was impeccable. Will keep using as my secret meeting place.
