Went to check out Ann.
They make every effort to dramatize the dining experience.
Sizzling Gyoza with a dash of sauce in front of you so you get more sizzle! Went all in and tried all of their flavours. Chicken, pork, vege, seafood, spicy, cheese.
Yakitori made with the special purpose roaster. Tried tsukune, Thigh, pork and vege roll.
Also sampled sushi, karaage, green salad, salmon carpaccio, age dashi tofu.
Nice ceramic glasses for BYO beer.
Sake themed decor to increase anticipation of sake when their license is granted.
Our BYO choice the One Ball Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills. Chose it because of its cute earthy looking label. An unwooded wine i think but full of character style, pushing through the fruitiness and richness of the Chardonnay grape. I like it.
