Truffle risotto miso cheese broccoli and braised spare ribs in garlic soy.

Rice that was used to absorb the truffle moisture had been sitting so we made a
Risotto.

Broccoli cooked in miso soup and cheese.

I stuck a rack of ribs in the tonkotsu pot for a couple hours and poured soy sauce and minced garlic. Fall off the bone tenderness.
