Sake Tasting

Aramasa junmai
Onnanakase junmai daiginjo
Aramasa junmai ginjo
Oyama junmai

An exporter from japan stopped by to introduce some new sake.  I liked the two aramasa from akita.  The junmai is very dry and crisp, the junmai ginjo is strong at 16percent but really fruity and acidic, very unique.  Will probably stock them.  Onnanakase means ‘makes women cry’ and is made by the brewery that makes ‘onikoroshi’ or monster killer!

Feeling good after a few sips!
