not sure where Fred was eating but I am sure he wasn’t eating at Men-Jikan. I discovered the place when it first opened and my friends ( some of whom are japanese) and I have been back many times since , not once have we been disappointed. the place could be bigger and it could have better decor but actually that is part of its charm.
