The Making of Miso Ramen

After eating miso ramen at Men-Jikan at Geebung, Terry’s passion became contageous and i have decided to try my version of miso ramen.  I spent this afternoon trying 9 variations of miso with the help of my 2 beautiful assistants and co-judge.  I hope to add it to our menu from 1st June.
