秋刀魚の刺身 Sashimi Pike

サプライヤーのDaiwa Foodさんよりとにかく食べてくださいとサンプルを頂き、あまりの美味しさに負けました。おたくラーメン屋なのになんで北海道産の脂の乗った秋刀魚の刺身があるんだって事になってしまいますが、Dinner Menuにて不定期で提供しています。

味の引き立て役はOrganicたまり醤油(小麦未使用)です。

Although not a core product in a ramen shop, I just had to share the beautiful taste of this sashimi pike (samma).  It is from Hokkaido and is just beautiful eaten with organic tamari (gluten free) and grated ginger.
