海老入り水餃子・Boiled Prawn & Pork Dumplings

Boiled dumplings with prawn and BSP.  Served with citrus soy and grated chilli radish.  The first batch of trial is sold out.  I have concluded that the texture of the prawn used is not good enough.  Will put back on the menu once obtained good quality tiger prawn meat that has more plump rubbery texture. 

BSP主体の餡に生海老肉、干し海老を贅沢に入れ水餃子に仕上げました。紅葉おろしとポン酢で召し上がっていただきます。使用する海老をVannameiからTigerに変えたほうが食感が向上すると思っています。第二回目にご期待ください。
