太麺 Thick Noodles

豚しゃぶ用に太麺を作ってみました。もちもちの歯ごたえと湯でのびしない素晴らしい麺に仕上がりました。自分は平麺や細麺のほうが好きでしたが、あまりのうまさに考えが変わりました。近日中、醤油ラーメンを太麺で提供することにします。細麺派の方のためそして塩ラーメン用に細縮れ麺、そして博多用の細ストレートとの三本立てで提供していきます。ちなみに喜多方風は終了しました。
I made some thick noodles for the Tonshabu hotpot. The result in one word, is awesome!!! I will start serving Shoyu Ramen with these thick noodles. For the Shio Ramen and for the curly thin noodle fans, I will also prepare thin curly noodles. Tonkotsu will continue to be served with the traditional Hakata straight thin noodles.
