I have fiddled the setting of the new curly noodles again.  Just made it thinner and this did the trick.  I think I have found the ideal recipe for the curly noodles.  The texture is great and the match with the triple golden soup is unbeatable…  I am keen to hear comments. The new noodles are in effect from last Saturday being served in shoyu, shio, tsuke and hiyashi.
